Notice to Muse customers regarding our Covid-19 Response
The safety of our customers and employees is top priority and Muse is doing our best effort to comply with new official public health guidelines. Our updated cleaning and sanitizing operations protocol includes but is not limited to the following:
All employees will wear face masks and gloves during business hours.
During Covid-19 operations, we have disposable one-time use paper menus.
All Noraebang private karaoke rooms will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with antiviral agents and a 70% alcohol solution after all sessions.
Sanitizing procedure includes but is not limited to microphones, remote controls, tambourines, song list books, couches, chairs, doorknobs, and tables.
After sanitizing procedure, available rooms will be rotated and out of use for a minimum of 20 minutes between guests.
Restrooms and public areas will be sanitized every hour which includes but is not limited to doorknobs and high use surfaces.
Hand sanitizer is provided for guests.
We encourage customers to wear a face mask when in public cafe areas outside of Noraebang private karaoke rooms.
To comply with new official public health restrictions, each group may not exceed a maximum of 8 persons.
In our Cafe and public areas, tables are a minimum of 6 feet away from adjacent tables and will accommodate a limited number of customers. We highly encourage karaoke customers to use our private Noraebang rooms for further safety.
Reservations are highly recommended to ensure private Noraebang room availability.
A maximum of 50 people are allowed in the facility at any given time.
Muse will adapt and implement additional safety protocols as needed based on customer data and use patterns.
Customer are more than welcome to share any safety concerns regarding Covid-19 with management and we will do our best to address these issues.
